The Aiken Hounds Foundation honors the equestrian heritage that has shaped Aiken, South Carolina for decades. Through youth education, conservation efforts, and ongoing engagement, we keep our horse and hound legacy thriving for future generations.

The Aiken Hounds Foundation upholds our region’s rich history and strengthens the local riding landscape through three areas of focus.
Aiken's horse and hound heritage belongs to all of us. We help keep its customs, its sport, and its people connected for the generations to come.
Educational experiences open the door for young people to build knowledge around horses, hounds, and care for the land to help preserve those Aiken traditions.
The land is what makes it all possible. We promote safe riding and healthy habitats through responsible stewardship of open spaces, forests, and trails.

A relaxed, welcoming ride for every level, with ribbons, costumes, and food off the grill. $75 per rider, $40 for juniors under 21.
Pre-register by October 8 to be counted for lunch. Riders of all levels welcome.
